Home' LOTL : December 2004 Contents VICEQUEEN
With summer holidays approaching, more relaxation, and less stress,
with any luck your libido will be rising. If you are planning a trip away
whether it be camping or resort hopping, or just mooching around
home, don't forget to organise your sex toys! Of course, not all
fantastic sex requires sex toys, however if you want to add sex as one
of the holiday essentials, i.e., relaxing, reading, sand, sun, swimming
AND sex, then it pays to go prepared.
TOYS TO TAKE AWAY
If you don't already have them, maybe they miraculously will appear under the
Christmas tree or in your stocking.
A good vibrator: preferably one that is quiet, could be just what you need, just
in case you are staying in a hostel or camping ground. I suggest the new silicone
G-Twist vibe, Sensual Touch or Super Climax vibe (multifunction and multi-speed)
A sexy dildo and harness: even if you are single it pays to be prepared. Go for
a silicone dildo and a comfortable harness, if you haven't used one before
practise getting it on and off before you need to use it. The Garter thigh harness
is fantastic fun for those whole like mutual penetration and for a more traditional
style the hipster is strong, superbly comfortable and adjustable.
Lubricant: the new organic NUDE is both a lubricant and moisturiser and feels
fantastic, but it is NOT latex compatible. PROBE is the preferred D.VICE lube.
Water based and low allergenic it comes in a light or heavier consistency.
You might want to pack cuffs, blindfold and feather (or spanker) for a little
If you are single (and sexually active), have multiple partners or are in a new
relationship, or simply feel sexy -- spare a thought for your own and others' sexual
safety. Stock up on the bare essentials, and keep them handy in the glove box,
backpack and sleeping bag.
Dams: latex sheets that provide a barrier for oral sex whether it is vaginal or anal.
Gloves: protect transmission of any virus through cuts in the hands
Lubricant: very important for comfort and to prevent any friction that may result in
tears vaginally or anally.
Condoms: If you are using sex toys -- vibrators or dildos, rolling on a condom is
a great choice for easy clean and safe sex.
If you do not use condoms, use a silicone dildo that is non-porous, can be
thoroughly cleaned and boiled should you have a health scare
For those with a latex allergy try using vinyl gloves, Avanti condoms (by Durex --
they are polyurethane -- and cling film in a double or triple layer instead of dams.
Whilst sexually transmitted diseases may be less prevalent amongst lesbians, we
are not immune. A dose of thrush over the holidays is deeply uncomfortable and more
easily prevented than cured.
So whatever you do over the festive season, be prepared for great sex, indulgent sex
and remember safe sex is all about sex! Enjoy yourselves!
