This is a full-time position with a salary package range $40,018.68--$44,710.68
per annum plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

Senior Lesbian Project Worker
ACON is looking to employ a Senior Lesbian Project Worker located in our
Community Health Division. The suitable applicant will be responsible for
developing, implementing and evaluating health promotion interventions. Key
components of the position include identifying and responding to issues that
impact on the health and well being of lesbians, liaising with relevant community
organisation and services to develop collaborative responses, convening the
Lesbian Health Interagency Network and implementing the Lesbian Health
The successful candidate will have a well-developed understanding of the
principles of health promotion and community development, experience in
producing community education resources and /or health promotion programs,
and a sound knowledge of current issues for the lesbian community.
