have been faced with some challenging situations.
While we have attempted to address these concerns

Several discussions with a close friend have
highlighted similar situations across a range of
scho ols. For this reason we have decided to arrange a
discussion forum to provide an opportunity to share
experiences, proactive strategies and approaches to
issues that have resulted in positive outcomes for
your family at school or in early childhood ser vices.
As an e ducator I also hope to use your experiences
and successful strategies to take to staff in
schools and students in training , in an attempt
to raise awareness and provide some insight
and understanding of needs. Hopefully we
can promote strategies that result in positive
outcomes at school for rainbow children.
We hope you can come along and par ticipate.
When: Wednesday 12 October 7pm
Where: Addison Road community centre,
Please note this is an adult only event – no
child care will be provided.
