Frock up for a very kitschy exhibition
at Kudos Gallery during Mardi Gras.
Domestic Love is a collection of new
and old works by women. Inspired by
domesticity, advertising and 1950s lesbo
housewives, this exhibition captures
women craving love, finding love, feigning
love, or loving a distraction from their so
called innocent domestic worlds. 6-8pm
February 6, Kudos Gallery 6 Napier St.
Rock ‘n’ roll odyssey Hedwig and
the Angry Inch returns to Sydney
for a strictly limited season from as
part of Mardi Gras. Returning in the
lead role of Hedwig is six times ARIA
nominated indie rocker iOTA. Joining
him is the beautiful and talented
Saskia Smith, whose credits include
Ariel to John Bell’s Prospero in Bell
Shakespeare’s The Tempest, Dirty
Dancing, and Cabaret – the musical.
