Six Quick Chicks
Six Quick Chicks take over Slide on March 4 for a
rollercoaster hour of character driven comedy, quick re
repartee and burlesque. There's never a dull moment as these
bent ladies of the cabaret night strut their funny wares across
the stage. Their shows are provocative: a heady mix of high and low
brow, a scoop of surreal with just a dash of fart joke, a generous serving of
sultry sophistication, garnished with the odd nude suit. Absurd, outlandish,
witty and bold, each act at less than 10 minutes, these hot, hilarious Quick
Chicks always leave their audiences wanting more. Tix available from
Ticketek 132849. $30 show only, $60 + bf dinner and show.

can change meaning when
reinvented in a female voice.
Along with crowd favourites
by AC/DC, Midnight Oil and
the Rolling Stones, Lady
Sings it Better are bringing
fresh versions of Nirvana,
Eminem, Michael Jackson,
Guns n' Roses, Nick Cave
and much more. Playing at

3-7. Tix $25/35. Bookings
